These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the co-working space provided by Innovation Streams for Consulting and Business Services ("First Party"), located at The Pearl, Porto Arabia, Qatar. By accepting these terms, you ("Second Party") acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies outlined here.
• Standard Desk: Access to a standaed workspaces during business hours.
• Premium Desk: Includes additional benefits such as extended meeting room usage and exclusive event access.
• All memberships include high-speed internet, access to meeting rooms (as per the plan), and exclusive discounts at Innovation Cafe.
• A refundable security deposit equivalent to two (2) months' fees is required upon signing up.
• Monthly membership fees must be paid in advance.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
• The workspace must only be used for professional office activities.
• Retail, medical, or any business that involves high public traffic is not permitted.
• The Second Party must not sublease or transfer workspace rights to another party.
• Any alterations, installations, or IT/network modifications require prior written approval from the First Party.
• Usage of meeting rooms is subject to availability and plan entitlements.
• Extended meeting room access is granted to Premium Desk members.
• The First Party reserves the right to enter the premises for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies.
• The First Party is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Members are responsible for securing their devices, data, and confidential materials.
• The First Party is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control (e.g., internet downtimes, power outages).
• The minimum membership period is six (6) months.
• Termination requires prior written notice as per the agreed period.
• The First Party may terminate membership immediately in case of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of rules.
• Upon termination, members must vacate the premises and remove all personal belongings.
• All members must respect the confidentiality of other co-workers.
• Ainy sharing of sensitive information must be done with mutual consent.
• Members must comply with all internal regulations and local laws.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through Qatari courts.
By proceeding with membership registration or submitting interest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
